Join Carlos Aguedelo, Artistic Director of Ballet Spartanburg, for a Parkinson’s Dance Class that will help loosen tight joints, improve overall movement, and lift your spirits. No experience is needed, and this class can be done while sitting or standing. Friends and care partners are welcome.

Capturing Grace, is an award winning documentary on Parkinson’s and dance. Written and produced by San Francisco journalist and PBS special correspondent, Dave Iverson, it tells the story of the importance of community, connection, and when two very different worlds come together, grace rediscovered.
